keeps water very cold,
this was a good buy. Keeps water cold and hot component works well also. you do not have to take cap off water bottle cause there is a spiking apparatus that will spike a hole which is cool and avoid spillage. Purchased three, my brothers and sister wanted one for their homes.

I bought this water dispenser because of the price. However, I expected more for 89 bucks plus shipping. Anyways, here are the good the bad and the ugly of this product…
THE GOOD..
&hot water is hot enough to enjoy coffee, but not scolding hot that will give you 3rd degree burns. However, if you like your cofee boiling hot, then this is not a plus for you.
&Light, can carry with one hand (But with lightness comes warm water).
THE BAD
& too short.. the water dispenser is at my waist level and I’m not really that tall. I am an average 5’11 guy. if you are a midgit, however you’ll enjoy this
THE UGLY
& Cold water is not cold at all (but is not room temperature either). I did not measure temperature, but I would say that if you get a room temperatura glass of water and put it in the ref for 15 or 20 minutes, you’ll get the same result.
& Water runs soooooo slowly. it takes about 14 seconds to fill a medium size glass of water. 14 seconds doesn’t sound like much, but start your chronometer and wait 14 seconds, thats how long you’ll wait to fill your glass and if your glass is wide and cant be put in the holder, you’ll have to bend over and hold it for 14 seconds everytime you have to fill your glass.
All in all, it works, and this beats drinking room temperature water or having to fill a jar to get cold water all the time (even thou water in a jar in the ref, is way colder) so I’ll keep it just because I dont want to go to the hassle of returning it, but if I had known I was going to get this piece of poop, I would pay the extra 30 dlls for a much better one.
