inexpensive and effective
those who claim this thing leaks failed to adhere to the directions which clearly state to dispense all water after heating.

Generally very pleased
I got tired of having to microwave water for tea at work, so I bought the Sunbeam Hot Shot. Works better than I’d expected.

So simple
So simple…the concept of hot water, but yet it does become hard to find at times. This works perfectly and is great for the workplace.

Great little gadget!
This is probably the 4th one of these I have purchased. I use it everyday for my instant coffee. My husband has even decided it’s a pretty cool thing.

I tried this product at my daughter’s house and was amazed at how quickly it boiled water for tea–faster than the microwave.

Good product @ a good price
I’ve used this model for more than 6 months. It hasn’t leaked. It hasn’t failed. The heat up time is about 75 seconds.

Easy to use
I bought this for my 91 year-old grandmother so she didn’t have to use the teakettle on the stove. It is easy for her to use and much safer.
