Easy to use
I bought this for my 91 year-old grandmother so she didn’t have to use the teakettle on the stove. It is easy for her to use and much safer.

Good product @ a good price
I’ve used this model for more than 6 months. It hasn’t leaked. It hasn’t failed. The heat up time is about 75 seconds.

I tried this product at my daughter’s house and was amazed at how quickly it boiled water for tea–faster than the microwave.

Great little gadget!
This is probably the 4th one of these I have purchased. I use it everyday for my instant coffee. My husband has even decided it’s a pretty cool thing.

Someone I babysat for had a model like this and I thought it was pretty nifty. When it arrive I used it pretty much the same day. It worked great and heats water really fast.

those who claim this thing leaks failed to adhere to the directions which clearly state to dispense all water after heating.
